2. Hosting and operation
This website runs on a private server located at the controller's premises in Germany. No external web hosting provider is involved and no third party has access to the content or the server log data.
Domain, DNS and IP connectivity are provided by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. In this context technical connection data — in particular IP addresses — may be processed for name resolution and traffic routing. This processing takes place within the European Union.
3. Server log data
When you access this website, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file requested
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
- browser type and version
- operating system
- referring URL, where applicable
Purpose
Delivering the website, ensuring stable and secure operation, and detecting and preventing attacks and abuse.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically sound, stable and attack-resistant operation of this website.
Retention
Log data is deleted automatically after no more than 7 days. Longer retention only occurs where it is necessary to investigate a specific security incident; the data concerned is then kept until the matter is resolved.
Recipients
Log data is not passed on to third parties, except where disclosure to law enforcement or supervisory authorities is required by law.
Transfers to third countries
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
4. No cookies, no tracking, no device storage
This website does not set cookies. No analytics, statistics or tracking tools are used — in particular no Google Analytics or comparable services.
No information is stored in or read from your device's local storage or session storage. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required and no cookie banner is displayed.
5. External content and fonts
All scripts, images and other files are served exclusively from our own server. System fonts are used; external font services such as Google Fonts are not embedded. There are no external videos, maps or social media embeds. Visiting this website therefore establishes no connection to third-party servers.
6. Contact by email or phone
No contact form is offered. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry — solely in order to handle your request.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract (for example a print enquiry or a project commission). In all other cases Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
Your enquiry is deleted once it has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations apply. For business correspondence, the German commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively apply.
Email is handled via Apple's mail services (iCloud), provided by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland.
